About Robert Ambrosi
Robert Ambrosi is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ARC Properties, Inc.; he is also the founder of ARC Corporate Realty Trust, Inc. The latter is a non-listed public real estate investment trust that was sold in 2008. Ambrosi has more than 35 years of experience in real estate as a developer and manager. He is also experienced in real estate acquisitions.
Robert Ambrosi started his career as a Real Estate Analyst at Mutual Life Insurance Company of New York, a firm with one of the largest and longest histories in the industry. He then served as Vice President of Marcil Properties, for whom he opened an office in New York. He also handled real estate acquisitions in the United States and oversaw net leases for investors based abroad. Ambrosi went on to co-found Tibor Pivko + Company, where he worked in an advisory capacity with companies in Europe, the Middle East, and locally, in the United States. Ambrosi graduated from Rutgers University with a Master’s degree in Finance, and he holds a senior certificate in real estate from New York University.
At ARC Properties, Inc, which he helped found, Robert Ambrosi has won several industry awards both for himself and the company. These awards include the National Phoenix Award in 2001 from the Department of Environmental Protection, the Outstanding Lifetime Achievement Award in 2003 from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2000. In addition to his work with the company, Robert Ambrosi is a guest lecturer at several prestigious universities, which include Duke University’s Graduate School and his alma mater, Rutgers University.
